Precision Ball Diameter
Nitrile (Buna N)
Fuel-Resistant & Abrasion-Tough
Nitrile balls are known for their excellent resistance to petroleum-based oils, fuels, and hydraulic fluids. Commonly used in fuel systems, industrial seals, and hydraulic applications due to their good mechanical strength and abrasion resistance.Polyurethane (PU)
High Wear Resistance & Impact Absorption
PU balls are highly durable and resistant to abrasion, making them ideal for use in rollers, damping systems, and vibration-absorbing applications. They provide a balance of hardness, flexibility, and resilience in industrial environments.Fluoroelastomer (Viton®)
High-Temperature & Chemical-Resistant
Viton® offers excellent performance in aggressive chemical environments, withstanding fuels, solvents, and elevated temperatures. It is widely used in aerospace, automotive, and chemical plant components.Ethylene Propylene (EPDM)
Weather & Water Resistant
EPDM balls provide outstanding resistance to weathering, ozone, UV, and water. They are a popular choice for outdoor systems, water treatment valves, and roofing or HVAC systems where environmental durability is essential.
Neoprene
Versatile & Resilient
With balanced resistance to oils, weather, and moderate chemicals, Neoprene is used in HVAC systems, marine applications, and automotive components. It performs well in varied temperature ranges and resists oxidation and cracking.Manufacturing & Supply
We manufacture and stock rubber and elastomeric balls in a variety of sizes and grades, with diameters ranging from 0.5mm to 100mm. These materials are available in multiple hardness levels and colours, tailored to meet specific sealing, cushioning, and chemical compatibility requirements.

Applications of Industrial Rubber Balls
Rubber and elastomer balls are selected for applications where flexibility, sealing, and durability under harsh conditions are essential:
- Hydraulics & Fuel Systems – Nitrile and Viton® provide sealing in oil and fuel environments
- Water Treatment – EPDM used in valves, filters, and pumping systems
- HVAC & Marine – Neoprene's flexibility and resistance to ozone and saltwater
- Industrial Damping– Polyurethane absorbs shock and vibration in moving systems
- Chemical Processing – Viton® handles aggressive fluids and high temperatures
- Outdoor Applications – EPDM performs in UV and weather-exposed installations

Useful terms and definitions
Batch or Lot:
A defined quantity of balls manufactured under conditions presumed to be uniform and which is considered an entity.
Nominal Ball Diameter:
The diameter value that is used for the general identification of a ball size.
Single Ball Diameter:
The distance between two parallel planes tangential to the actual ball surface.
Diameter Tolerance per Batch:
The allowed difference between the smallest measured ball diameter and the largest ball diameter within the same batch or lot quantity.
Sphericity:
A measure of roundness expressed as the difference between the measured roundness of a ball and a theoretically perfectly round ball.
Surface Finish or Roughness:
A measure of the texture of a surface. It is quantified by the vertical deviations of the actual surface from its ideal form. If these deviations are large, the surface is rough; if they are small, the surface is smooth.
