ball bearing manufacturers

Polyacetal (Delrin®)

High Strength, Low Friction, and Dimensional Stability

Delrin® balls provide excellent mechanical strength and low friction, making them ideal for precision engineering in valves, gears, and moving parts in automation and robotics.

Polyamide (Nylon)

Tough, Wear-Resistant & Self-Lubricating

Nylon balls are lightweight and highly durable, often used in bearing applications, control systems, and mechanical assemblies where noise reduction and wear resistance are important.

Polyethylene (PE)

Lightweight, Chemical-Resistant & Non-Absorbent

Ideal for low-load, non-structural uses, PE balls are commonly used in laboratory and floatation applications due to their buoyancy and resistance to corrosion.

Polypropylene (Low Density)

Flexible & Chemically Resistant

LDPP balls offer a combination of flexibility and chemical resistance, suitable for use in chemical environments and fluid handling systems.

Polypropylene (High Density)

Rigid, Durable & Non-Leaching

With higher stiffness and durability, HDPP balls are used in filtration units, pump components, and piping where structural integrity is important.

Polystyrene

Low-Cost & Lightweight

Used in lab equipment and buoyancy systems, polystyrene balls offer good dimensional stability and are suitable for non-load-bearing components.

PTFE (Teflon®)

Extreme Chemical Resistance & Non-Stick Surface

Ideal for harsh chemical and high-temperature environments, PTFE balls are used in medical, food-grade, and corrosive applications.

Polyamide-imide (Torlon®)

High-Temperature, High-Strength Engineering Plastic

Torlon® balls offer exceptional thermal and wear resistance, making them suitable for aerospace, defence, and high-load engineering tasks.

Glass-Filled Nylon

High-Strength, Rigid & Dimensionally Stable

Reinforced nylon offering improved dimensional stability and strength. Used in structural components and wear-resistant parts.

Phenolic Resin

Thermally Stable, Rigid & Lightweight

Used in light-duty bearings and insulators, phenolic balls are known for their electrical resistance and low thermal conductivity.

PEEK (Polyether Ether Ketone)

Top-Tier Performance Plastic

PEEK balls are chemically and thermally resistant, widely used in aerospace, medical implants, and aggressive industrial environments.

Manufacturing & Supply

We are capable of manufacturing and supplying loose precision plastic & polymer balls in nearly every variation of grade, maintaining an extensive stock with sizes ranging from 0.2mm to 150mm in diameter.

Useful terms and definitions

Batch or Lot:

A defined quantity of balls manufactured under conditions presumed to be uniform and which is considered an entity.

Nominal Ball Diameter:

The diameter value that is used for the general identification of a ball size.

Single Ball Diameter:

The distance between two parallel planes tangential to the actual ball surface.

Diameter Tolerance per Batch:

The allowed difference between the smallest measured ball diameter and the largest ball diameter within the same batch or lot quantity.

Sphericity:

A measure of roundness expressed as the difference between the measured roundness of a ball and a theoretically perfectly round ball.

Surface Finish or Roughness:

A measure of the texture of a surface. It is quantified by the vertical deviations of the actual surface from its ideal form. If these deviations are large, the surface is rough; if they are small, the surface is smooth.
