Available Grades and Hardness

We manufacture stainless steel rollers in the following grades:

  • AISI 302 – Austenitic stainless steel offering excellent corrosion resistance and moderate strength. Suitable for low-magnetic applications and cleanroom use.

  • AISI 316 – Marine-grade stainless steel with superior resistance to chlorides and harsh chemicals. Ideal for food, pharmaceutical, and offshore environments.

  • AISI 420 – Martensitic stainless steel delivering high hardness and wear resistance. Commonly used in bearing assemblies and applications where durability is key.

Standard Hardness Range:

  • AISI 420 rollers: Heat treated to 58–65 HRC (653–832 Hv10)

  • AISI 302/316: Supplied in annealed or cold-worked condition depending on application

These materials are selected to ensure:

  • Resistance to corrosion and chemical exposure

  • Clean, low-maintenance performance

  • Long service life, even in aggressive or sterile settings
